Ian successfully undertook a difficult repair and some replacement of the entire timbers of a badly rotted large windowsill to a first floor bay window. The access was very challenging, and he managed the entire project from a ladder, which must have made it a very tiring task. Ian completed two jobs for us - getting rid of the annoying creaks and squeaks under our flooring and laying a new laminate floor, along with fitting new skirting boards.
